Garden Lantern

This week I am participating in the Cheery Lynn Design Challenge.
The theme is Frames.
When I saw the Cathedral Lace Frame I fell in love.
The vintage green cardstock base and gold parchment paper inserts makes the ivory frame really pop.
To finish off the frame I added just a bit of gold bling in the corners.
The spring butterflies were created using homemade paper, distress ink in victorian velvet, the exotic butterfly die  and angel wing die from Cheery Lynn.
A bit of clear glitter on them adds some sparkle.
To make the handle I die cut two pieces of vintage green cardstock using the Anastasia Border from Cheery Lynn, by attaching the ribbon down the middle it makes it wider.
This lantern is decorated on 3 of the 4 sides.
I wish I could of got a decent picture of it with a battery tealight inside it
but after many attempts it did not happen.
The gold parchment really glows making the frame stand out as the star.
All in all I managed to use FOUR Cheery Lynn Design dies and they all seem to work together beautifully!
